is situated in the middle of coconut estates and sand dunes in the village of Alankuda just 130km north of Colombo airport. One acre garden neighboring with endless beach of Indian Ocean are available for walks and breathtaking views.You can stay in unique Plastic Bottle House or newly finished Main Building offering first rooms on the ground floor all located within our tropical garden.We offer rooms, meals, massages, nature, sports, relax and various trips. We can offer dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kitesurfing, lagoon tours or Wilpattu safari. We are small but highly flexible to make your dreams come true during short or long term stays.Kalpitiya is year-round destination since it is little drier here compared to the rest of Sri Lanka. Main "beach" season is from mid-December to mid-April, while main "kite-surfing" season is from May to September (more windy), October and November is cloudy and sometimes raining but you can enjoy this time too.

We can offer breakfast, lunch and dinner based on your request. You can have just the room and breakfast or our cook can prepare lunch and dinner according to your wish or her recommendation. We don’t have a fixed menu. We discuss and confirm the meals for next day(s) with each guest. Usually, our cook prepares several pots with various content like vegetables, fish or something spicy if you like. Your children will love coconut pancakes. This gives you the option to ask any meals according to seasonal components availability.

In Dune Towers you can feel and sometimes also touch the nature everywhere. Garden offers 100+ trees and plants which are home to numerous birds, squirels, lizards and even crabs. In the Indian ocean you can watch thousands of dolphins and sometimes whales...
