All accommodation in the main building is yours. The Bottle House stays empty and will not be offered to anyone else.

The Castle + Bottle House
Up to 19 guests · 5 accommodation units · 7 bedrooms
Add the separate Bottle House, around 50 metres away in the same garden. It has one bedroom, a terrace and its own kitchen.

How the rooms are arranged
The Castle has two double rooms and two family suites. Each family suite contains two bedrooms sharing one bathroom: four accommodation units and six bedrooms in all. The Bottle House adds a separate unit with one bedroom and bathroom. See the room layout and details.
Meals and prices
Breakfast is included with either building. Lunch or dinner costs USD 12.10 per person, or USD 10 for a vegetarian meal. We prepare fresh meals around your preferences. Explore dining.
Airport transfer
We can arrange a private pickup from Colombo airport for USD 110 one way per vehicle. For larger groups, we confirm the number of vehicles and total price in advance. Send us your flight details.

Good to know before booking
Will other guests use the resort if we book only the Castle?
No. The Bottle House will remain empty unless you add it to your booking. The pool, garden and shared areas remain exclusively for your group.

It is a separate building in the same garden, around 50 metres from the Castle. See the Bottle House details.
Is breakfast included? What do lunch and dinner cost?
Breakfast is included with both the Castle and the Bottle House. Lunch or dinner costs USD 12.10 per person; a vegetarian meal costs USD 10. Our meals include a selection of dishes, such as rice, vegetables and fish or meat, followed by dessert. Depending on the group size, we serve the dishes in bowls or as a buffet. Service charge is included in these prices.
What is the meal policy for children?
One child under 10 per paying adult eats free with that adult. Children aged 10 and over pay the adult meal price. If you are travelling with more children, please ask us for their meal prices.
Can you arrange an airport transfer, and what does it cost?
Yes. Our driver can meet you at Colombo airport. The transfer costs USD 110 one way per vehicle. For larger groups, we confirm the number of vehicles and total price based on the number of passengers and luggage. Send us your flight details.
When and how do we pay the deposit?
The non-refundable Castle rate requires a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking. You can confirm the reservation without entering a card; an email will include a link to pay later. If you prefer a bank transfer, please contact us. The balance is due during your stay. When booking both buildings, check the rate and payment terms for each before confirming.
How do we book the Castle and Bottle House together?
Choose your dates and group size above, then select “Both buildings”. On the booking page, select one Castle and one Bottle House, assign the adults and children to each, and continue with both items to confirmation.
Can we change the guests or dates?
For a non-refundable Castle booking, we preserve the value of your 50% deposit for another available date or transfer it to different guests if you notify us at least 30 days before arrival. Deposits are not refunded in cash, and the price for new dates may differ. If you add the Bottle House, check its selected rate terms before confirming both buildings.
