Parking

You can park your vehicle within our premisses for free. Our parking space is limited but usually we find a solution for everyone.

 

Accessibility

Our location is surrounded by sand and tarmac roads, so it is not suitable for guests with walk disabilities. Sorry for that. 

 

Pets

We are pet friendly, we have two friendly dogs within our property. If you are bringing your pet, please make sure it is not limiting other guests and also don’t let it enter our beds. 

 

Non-smoking

All our rooms and other inside spaces are non-smoking.

 

Credit cards accepted

Currently we accept most cards via our online payment gateway provided by Stripe. If you wish to pay by card, we will generate the payment link for you and send it to you directly.

Air-conditioning

Most of our rooms is equipped by air-conditioning system. Please be responsible and switch it off when leaving the room, also keep your windows and door closed while running it, our nature will be very thankful to you.

All our guests can enjoy our multi-purpose swimming pool for free for following activities:

  • relaxing on water bed
  • swim-up bar
  • water voleyball
  • waterfall
  • instagram photos 🙂

Please be so kind and respect following pool rules:

1. Use at your own risk. Depth 125cm (4ft)
2. Use shower before entering, don’t use
sunscreen
3. No glassware
4. Don’t use room towels, ask for pool towel
5. No pets
6. Don’t eat in the pool
7. Slide is allowed upto 80kg
8. Children only under parent supervision
9. Pool toys only

Our restaurant and chef is fully available to all our guests. We do our best to avoid food wastage, so mostly shop all fresh ingredients according to pre-ordered meals.  

As we follow the traditional principles of home cuisine, we need around 3 hours to prepare lunch or dinner. 

We source all ingredients locally, so we depend on seasons for seafood, vegetables and fruits. 

We provide free filtered water until 10pm with carafes for rooms.

Environment protection

We pay strong attention to anything which can protect or even improve the environment around us.

Bottle House

Our garden house (available for guests) was built with 6000 plastic bottles collected in the area and filled with sand. 

Beach cleaning

We regularly clean our beach from waste which comes from the ocean. 

Sea turtles

We support sea turtles which come to lay eggs on the beach directly in front our property.

In a case of minor injury or health trouble, feel free to ask our staff for help. 

In the case you need professional treatment, you can visit one of the few doctors within Norochcholai town (10minutes drive) or go directly to Balasuriya hospital in Puttalam district town (40minutes drive).
